The Paradise Community Center offers multiple amenities and unique benefits to those who wish to utilize this ideal space for private parties, entertainment, functions, meetings, and other events. Profits generated from rental of the facility support the development and maintenance of the community center and our affiliated non-profit community outreach organization CompassioNet Impact. CompassioNet Impact serves the local community at large through a multitude of various projects.

PARADISE COMMUNITY CENTER AMENITIES:

• centrally located in the popular and beautiful Zona Romantica, two blocks from the world famous Los Muertos beach.
• 8,000 square feet (or 743 sqare meters) of versatile space with many options for break-out areas.
• welcoming, brightly-lit facility with a huge palapa roof and a beautiful 100-year-old banyon tree.
• open-air ambience with a private enclosure and over-head rain protection.
• huge refreshment and serving area, including a grill, conventional oven, stove-top burners, refrigerator, and abundant counter space.
• chairs and tables for up to 200 guests, with multiple options for seating arrangements, including theater-style seating.
• a 12' x 24' stage with an expansive backstage area to allow for storage, dressing rooms, private meetings, and so on.
• Clean, spacious, easy-to-locate modern, multi-stall bathroom facilities.
• sound equipment, stage lighting, a projector and screen are also available for an additional charge.

RATES:

Total Facility Rental
For private and business events, our fee is $2500 pesos for 0-4 hours, $3500 pesos for 4-8 hours, and $5000 pesos for 8-12 hours. We do offer a 15% discount for non-profit organizations.

Partial Facility Rental
For public meetings of up to 20 people, we ask for a "free will" donation. For fee-based classes or workshops, we ask for 25% of the proceeds or admission fees collected. For no-fee classes, there is no charge--space permitting. 

Equipment
We have chairs and tables for up to 200 guests for rent as well. See Amenities.

Damage Deposit
A damage/cleaning deposit of $1000 pesos is required if your rental rate is $2500+ pesos. The deposit will be fully refunded within twenty four (24) hours of the event, pending inspection of the facility. Clients must clean the facility of all debris (using the provided waste containers), wipe down all surfaces (kitchen counters, table tops). Any left-over food or drink must be removed from the facility. The Paradise Community Center will be responsible for stacking tables and chairs, storage, bathroom clean-up, and sweeping the floor.

PLEASE NOTE THAT LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10:00 PM IS NOT PERMITTED.

ADVISORY BOARD:

The Paradise Community Center Advisory Board is comprised of Virginia Fox, Nancy Patterson, Norma Schuh, and Larry Schuh.

ALEXANDER - A SALON:

"Cuts with a cause" is Alex's motto, as he donates 50% of his proceeds to support the outreach projects supported by the Paradise Community Center. Alex David has been a hair stylist and make-up artist for fifteen years, and during that time he has worked for the Miss USA pageant. Alex offers:

- professional hair cuts for men, women, and children
- coloring
- perms
- styling
- make-up
- special occasions (weddings, quinceañeras)
